Manitou Comedy
Elevated Comedy at the foot of Pikes Peak.
✿ This is a small paragraph about how each year, we hold the Manitou Comedy Festival. It happens the third weekend in August (annually) and features really mostly stand-up with the hope of integrating improv, storytelling, and sketch as we grow our creative collective.
Supported in part by the Manitou Arts, Culture, and Heritage Board, we are honored/thrilled to be part of a vibrant community that values the arts and fosters creative growth.
✿ Manitou Comedy is dedicated to writing an updated mission statement about creating safe spaces for laughter, connection and comedic creative expression in the little mountain town of Manitou Springs, Colorado.
✿ This is a paragraph about how we aim to inspire locals AND visitors to experience comedy in new and meaningful ways, while nurturing a supportive space for both fresh and seasoned performers to shine. Then we’ll plug the open mics and classes.
